The 6 week training plan from Sam included a mix of cardio and strength training to help me reach my goal of burning fat and gaining muscle. It introduced me to new exercises which improved my physique and built my confidence in the gym! He was always there to answer any queries I had and kept me motivated throughout.

My programme was devised by Sam to reduce fat and build lean muscle, he not only helped me with a great work out plan but also my nutrition. He listened to my likes and dislikes and created a programme that motivated me to push my ability. Sams' knowledge and encouragement helped me achieve my goals and I still work with him to update my plans as I progress, I've seen visible results in my physique which has also been commented upon. Sam is an excellent person to train with, the workouts are great and he never fails to motivate and push me. Sam's the first person where i've seen genuine improvements in my strength and size. His nutritional advice is spot on for what I want and overall a very personal guy and a great trainer.
